  1. Throw your to-do list in the trash for a day.
  2. Go for a gentle stroll.
  3. Go outside, lay in the grass and stare at the sky. Watch the clouds go by along with all your worries.

  5. Lower the expectations on yourself. Be ok with being mediocre sometimes.
